windows 7 support is not available in bitdefender 2009

First, I apologise, I posted this in the wrong part of the forums. Sorry.

I am using this APP (BitDefender tot. sec. 2009) right now on both XP and W7. But 7 stopped supporting it.

any data on this screw-up? How does an OS come out in 2009 and not support software

that is also 2009 release?
I like the APP and want to keep it.
